We deliver our products to your door anywhere in the UAE. This delivery policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and what you can do to make sure your order arrives smoothly.

Delivery Area

We deliver to the UAE only. We do not ship outside the United Arab Emirates. Delivery is available to all UAE cities.

Courier

All orders are shipped by a third-party courier. Once your order is handed to the courier, they will deliver it to the address and contact number you provided. The courier may call you before delivery, so please keep your phone available.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after your order and payment are confirmed. We check product availability, prepare your item, and hand it to the courier. You will be contacted if there is any issue with your order before it is dispatched.

Delivery Time

Delivery within UAE cities takes 4 – 7 working days from the date your order is confirmed and dispatched. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, and delays may occasionally occur due to weather, high order volumes, or courier issues outside our control, as outlined in our Delivery Policy.

Delivery Fees

The delivery rate is subject to the rate provided by the third-party courier services and depends on the size and weight of the package.

Avoid Delivery Delays

To make sure your order arrives on time, please:

  • Provide your full address, including building name, street, area, and city.
  • Add a working contact number so the courier can reach you.
  • Make sure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays in delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Please check the package when it arrives. If the package is damaged or the item is not what you ordered, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
