At The Shard Bike, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and stress-free. If you change your mind after placing an order, this cancellation policy explains how and when you can cancel it.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped or dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

How to Cancel Your Order

When you contact us, please include your order number, your full name, and the phone number or email used for the order. This helps us find your order quickly and process your request without delay.

Cancellation Confirmation

Your cancellation is only valid once confirmed by our team. Sending an email or leaving a message does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already been shipped. We will confirm by email, phone, or WhatsApp whether your order has been successfully cancelled according to cancellation policy.

Refunds
  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed. The actual time depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds cannot be paid in cash or to a different account or card.
  • If you have not received your refund after 45 days, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue is still unresolved, contact us and we will help you follow it up.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

We are unable to cancel orders in the following cases:

  • The order has already been shipped or is out for delivery.
  • The cancellation request was made more than 24 hours after the order was placed.
  • The product is custom-ordered, specially imported for you, or assembled to your specification (where applicable).
Cancellations by The Shard Bike

We may cancel an order on our side if:

  • The product is out of stock or no longer available.
  • There is a pricing or product description error.
  • We cannot verify the payment or delivery details.

If this happens, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Product Availability

Before placing an order, we recommend confirming product availability with us on WhatsApp. Send us the product name or a screenshot and we will confirm. This helps avoid cancellations caused by stock issues.
